The murder of four members of border guard forces which was formed in 2009 with negotiations under Karenni National People’s Liberation Front (KNPLF) and the people was a crime and it is strongly condemned, the KNPLF issued.
At half past eleven of December 24 near Moso village, the fight took place for over four hours between the terrorist military which was launching attack from Demoso side and the Karenni joint forces.
During the clash, the terrorist military members destroyed cars, tractors, 11 motorbikes and some homes at Moso village and arrested 10 people including a local child for no reason.
Four members of border guard forces who went for negotiations for the release of the arrested 10 were tied up with ropes and shot dead in the head at gunpoint by the military.
Then, the ten including children were set on fire alive and killed.
The KNPLF which has kept the ceasefire and peace issued that it strongly objects and condemns the killings.
The Karenni State Consultative Council has also strongly condemned the act and stated that it would do until justice is served for the people.
